This is determined by consistent weekly sessions, including athletes that played multiple sports AND still attended weekly sessions! Total number of athletes tested = 106.

- Average 5-10-5 Pro Agility Time Improvement – .3 seconds off original time
- Average 20 Yard Dash Time Improvement – .3 seconds off original time
- Average Wall Ball Time Improvement – 3 seconds off original time
- Average Bat Speed Improvement – Increase of 5 MPH!
- Average Throwing Velocity Improvements:
13s – Increase 3.2 MPH (sample size of 15 athletes)
14s – Increase 4.2 MPH (sample size of 25 athletes)
15-18 – Increase 4.8 MPH (sample size of 45 athletes)
SB Players 14-18 – Increase 3.6 MPH (sample size of 21 athletes)
*Had 5 HS athletes increase velocity 8 MPH!
Weird. Consistent quality training improves performance and prepares athletes for the season!
Have intent with everything you do. Don’t just assume you’ll get better. Put the work in and show up consistently. This is a function over time.
